Drama Club meetings are bi-weekly on Wednesday, 3:30-5:00pm, in the Auditorium or Chorus Room. Join us for Improv, games, and event planning.
For comments, questions, and suggestions, contact an officer or Mrs. Hayes. We encourage anyone and everyone to attend our meetings as announced through Facebook and school announcements. Dues are $25, which includes the Drama Club T-shirt.
Drama Club sponsors the fall One Act Play Competition Team and helps produce the Fine Arts Department Spring Musical. We also host Shakespeare Oratorical contest, 10 Minute Short Plays, and participate in Homecoming activities as a club.
Drama members may also work toward membership in Thespian Troupe Honor Society by earning 50 Thespian activity points and holding a 3.0 GPA at the time of induction. Thespian Troupe members are invited to attend the Georgia Thespian Conference in February and are recognized at graduation with honor cords. Inductions are held in the fall, winter and spring.
